Domino's — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I had a terrible experience. The restaurant didn’t have half of the items I ordered and called me 20 minutes later to offer substitutions I didn’t want. They refused to cancel the order, claiming the rest was already prepared. The manager I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful.

They sent the order anyway, even though I didn’t agree to the changes, and then marked it as delivered, but I never received anything. No support from the staff at all. Completely unacceptable service. I won’t be ordering...

We didn't have a good experience here. we had the food delivered to the hotel. we waited over an hour and nothing came. i then called and asked. we were told it had arrived a long time ago and was left in the lobby. an alleged call followed (we didn't receive anything). after the call we picked up the food in the lobby. it was just lukewarm.. Mac and cheese never ordered there!! what we got there for 4 euros is a laugh. size of a lava cake....

They have recently remodeled so it looks nicer inside. The staff don’t greet you when you come inside and stay occupied so it is kind of awkward to wait for an order when you don’t know if you’re next or have already been called. One time they gave away my order to someone else because they don’t check well enough, so I had to wait 10 minutes for my new pizza; but at least it was fresh. Check the app...
