I personally do not think this Gelato deserves the high praise it is receiving from other reviews.

First of all, the price/portion ratio is terrible. While this is one of the most expensive Gelato places I have encountered in Amsterdam, I only got half a scoop (see picture) which honestly is nothing, maybe the smallest portion I ever got.

And honestly, if the taste was great I would not have minded that much but sadly the gelato really lacked taste, maybe I got the wrong flavour (pistachio, which I always get) but I just didn't enjoy it.

To talk about the upside, the personnel was very friendly and the location is very cute. But honestly next to that, I think it's better if you would spend your money at another gelato shop. This place is just...

The ice cream is very tasty, many different flavors to chose from - pistachio and coconut were delicious!

The portions are big, not sure if some other reviewers were unlucky. It is not as creamy as some gelato places in Amsterdam, but it is creamy enough to enhance the nice flavors.
