KFC — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Completely Terrible experience First, the order came missing components that qe had to go back and ask for. Tables not clean. Staff are rude and negligting customers. They dont speak basic English (or they act like they dont speak English to avoid doing something you ask for). I asked for paper plates to eat the chicken on (standard item in all kfcs), they looked rudely as if i asked for something illegal. A nice Dutch customer translated and explained it to her. then gave me some tissues instead 🥴

⚠️DO NOT USE THE TOILET, IT IS A SCAM!⚠️ when trying to use the toilet, you should add 50 cent at the door knob like a vending machine. Surprisingly, it takes the money and never opens the door. And you end up frustratingly standing there with no choice but to go ask the completely incompetent staff to open it for you. (They open it with a small stick). Once again with very rude looking as if we are stupid to have thought of using the toilet (who would it need a toilet anyways, right?)

I am very surprised of the level KFC is handling those issues. It seems from other reviews that this branch has been problematic for many months and apparently no solution??? I WILL NEVER EVER STEP INTO A KFC (and you also shouldn't) at least in the...

I recently visited a KFC branch in Amsterdam, and I was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The place was clean, well-organized, and had a modern, welcoming atmosphere. Despite being a fast-food restaurant, the staff made the difference — they were polite, quick, and attentive to every customer's needs. I ordered the classic Zinger burger combo, and it was hot, fresh, and tasted just as good as I expected, maybe even better!

What stood out to me was how fast the service was, even though the restaurant was quite busy during lunch hours. The seating area was tidy, and I appreciated the fact that tables were cleaned immediately after customers left. It's a small detail, but it made the whole experience feel more professional and pleasant.

Also, the location was super convenient — close to public transport and easy to find. Kfc offers also a delivery service and the employees are required to show on the screen the delivery orders which belong to a separate sequence so that you may know how long it will take before your order gets processed. This way if the screen views a lot of delivery orders you are aware that, although the restaurant is empty, it will take you longer before you get your meal.

In this funny restaurant employees use to HIDE from the screen the delivery orders in process and you think that you will get your food very fast... but then after some minutes, after collecting 3-4 normal orders, the orders before hided come back on the screen.... And after 15 minutes you see some guys coming out of the kitchen with lots of packages containing food for delivery.... It's not your food I mean, it's the delivery orders that you couldn't view on the screen....

Very bad and also you feel uncomfortable because after all you can feel in the air that something is not going...
