Toki Sushi And More — Restaurant in Amsterdam

0/5 Horrible experience!!! Order almost €90 worth of sushi to have a special night with the family but got the worst headache ever. After waiting for an hour, I called the restaurant asking where my order is. They accidentally gave my order to someone else’s house and instead of helping me out by making a fresh order for me, the rude lady from the restaurant refused to make fresh ones and asked the driver to take the order from the previous house where he accidentally sent the order and come to my house with the opened order. What a disgrace since this restaurant was recommended to me. They are disgusting to do that and very irresponsible for the safety of the one who actually paid for the order. I asked uber for refund! WILL NEVER ORDER HERE...

I did read extensively the negative reviews and I must say I didn’t have a single thing to comment negatively for Toki.

I stopped by physically from the store yesterday to order, the lady at the counter was very friendly and patient while I was going through the menu. There were plenty of vegetarian options which made me happy.

The food was ready in about 20’ - 22’ which is totally fair when something is cooked fresh. While collecting they also gave my some maki’s for free which was a very sweet gesture I highly appreciated.

In terms of taste my sushi was amazing in terms of flavor, consistency, and decent presentation for takeaway. The quantity was also generous, I even had leftovers.
