Pizza'dam Osdorp — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I am from London and I visit amstderdam quite a lot. I was stuck for food options so I was recommended this place. I thought I can’t go wrong it’s pizza. I ordered a take away late night and my first bite there was a hair on it. Can’t have been mine because I was wearing a Bonnet to cover my hair) . It was also not the same hair colour. I instantly felt sick and called back straight away. No one answered the phone . So I tried calling the following evening and I was advised to show a picture of proof and return to shop for a refund . I got to the shop and showed the picture . A guy dressed formally and spoke fluent English , said to me I had to bring the pizza for a refund . I asked why would I bring a pizza with hair that will be rotting away, I had to throw it. He said that he physically wants the pizza to throw himself. I found it silly and bizarre and I felt like he was taking the piss out of me because I’m a young female tourist. I have never been told to physically bring back old food for them to inspect and throw. I don’t need stinking €13, I don’t care about the money, it is the principle. I find hair , you must provide good service and my refund it’s very simple . I am from London mate €13 is nothing for me. I’m not the type to write a bad review because mistakes happen but I’m just shocked at the service I received when returning to the shop. So advice to anyone , you find hair , make sure you keep that old pizza and take it back to the shop and watch them throw it...

I really like the food here but one time (this already happened a while a go) I ordered a ben&jerries with my pizza, which arrived already opened and with a good part of it missing. Apparently one of the employees wanted to have a lil snack and thought noone would notice.
