Great prices, great service, great food. The location is nice, and the decor was homely and elegant. We tried the pepperoni and the margarita pizzas, as well as the meat lasagna. Both pizzas wear amazing, crispy but not hard, with amazing seasoning. The lasagna was perfect. Wonderful sauce and good meat. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. I absolutely recommend dining at Selene.

Best place we are in Weesp. I had an amazing truffle pasta and tried some different pizzas and everything was good. The fresh shaved Black Truffle on my pasta was really great. Atmosphere was trypical Weesp. Casual, not loud but not quiet. Staff was super friendly and nice and service was great. Met the owner, super nice. If you are ever in Weesp I recommend stopping by.

Gezellig plek. I had pollo pizza which was pretty good. The atmosphere was very nice and the chairs were super comfortable. If you sit in them you’ll know what I mean. It took a while to get our food, even our appetizer. That is my only complaint, otherwise it was a nice experience.

Great prices, great service, great food. The location is nice, and the decor was homely and elegant. We tried the pepperoni and the margarita pizzas, as well as the meat lasagna. Gezellig plek. I had pollo pizza which was pretty good. The atmosphere was very nice and the chairs were super comfortable. If you sit in them you’ll know what I mean. It took a while to get our food, even our appetizer. That is my only complaint, otherwise it was a nice experience.

Ik heb afgelopen weekend gegeten met een goede vriend bij Selene. Wij hadden om 19.30 gereserveerd. Eenmaal aangekomen wilde wij graag komen eten maar volgens Jeffrey was er geen plek. We kregen een drankje aangeboden in het Vechtzicht. Jeffrey vertelde ons dat hij ons een kwartier later zou ophalen. Tot onze verbazing is dit niet gebeurd en om kwart over acht zijn wij ZELF terug gelopen. Wij voelde ons in de steek gelaten. Uiteindelijk zijn wij terug gelopen en er was toen een plek volgens Jeffrey. Wij gingen zitten , bestelde direct een voorgerecht en hoofdgerecht. Op ons voorgerecht moesten wij na 30 minuten, vragen waar het bleef. Uiteindelijk kwam het aan. Om 21.30 hadden wij nog steeds niet ons hoofdgerecht, ook hier moesten wij hier zelf om vragen. Een ander gezin die binnenkwam om 20.45 die hadden inmiddels zowel het voor en hoofdgerecht al genuttigd. Wij waren hier enorm teleurgesteld over en hebben dit aangegeven aan de eigenaar ( dit is niet Jeffrey). Wij kregen de fles wijn aangeboden maar moesten nog tot 22.00 wachten op ons hoofdgerecht. Hier stemde wij natuurlijk niet mee in. Jeffrey gaf aan dat het onze fout was , dat we een drankje gehad hadden. kortom we moesten niet zo zeuren. In dit restaurant kom ik zelf al jaren en na jaren trouwe klant te zijn vind ik dit toch wel erg teleurstellend! Dat ik als vaste klant zo...

A cozy Italian restaurant in the nice city of Weesp. The owners/staff are very nice and welcoming, the dishes come in a normal size with regular taste however the menu books themselves must be changed as they are quite dirty and give a bad impression before ordering anything, together with the wine list(I ordered red wine and I guess they only have one type as I was not asked anything else in regards to...
