This place is a total disaster. We went for lunch and there was a young lady working by herself while her experienced coworker sat at a table sipping his coffee. We order some hot sandwiches and at first the girl said she was new and did not know how to make them and that her co-worker was on break. Then she said she will try. In the meantime 10 more customers come in and this other employee still continues to sip his coffee and can’t be bothered. The girl is overwhelmed and I see no fewer than 3 tables walk out because she tells people she can’t help them. After we wait there for 15mins we are told there are no ingredients for the choices we made!!! In the mean time 1 out of our 3 drinks are brought to our table so we tell them to put the smoothie in a take away cup so we can go somewhere else. The girl puts the smoothie in a small coffee take away cup with half of it left in the glass and then still has the nerve to charge us €5 for it which was the full price!!!! Great place to pick up coffee and a quick bite. Recommend coming in early because their stuff is so good you may miss out on some amazing things if you come in late.

Covid Measure: (5/5) The place is large which is great and that allows them to place the products out really well. There is a sanitiser on entry and payments by card only. All in all really felt well done.

Products: (5/5) Firstly the range of products on offer is incredible from breads to spreads to tarts to juice to coffee. You need it, they got it. The products are fresh and the flavours are fantastic. I’m surprised I haven’t been here before. Recommend the breads, they are really good (as you can see from the pictures, they also get sold out). The coffee was well made and the packed juice was also really good.

I went for a coffee, croissant, and multiple pastries. We ordered to go because we thought we were late for an appointment. At the last moment, we realized we had more time than we thought and decided to sit outside. The entire place was empty, both inside and outside. One of the staff members told us we needed to leave because we had ordered to go. I asked what I needed to do in order to stay, and was told I needed to order something from the “sitting down” menu and that I needed to leave. Given the rudeness, I picked up my things and left.
