Don Quichotte Food & Drink — Restaurant in Apeldoorn

I visited here about a year ago. First of all, the service is incredible, hats off. My friend had questions about ingredients and allergies, which were answered and accommodated for. As for me, I couldn't decide between two variants of the steak (pepper or cheese-y, if I remember correctly?), and so I was offered both; prepared mostly in one way, but with two different sauces on the side so that I could try both variants. You get free bread, nuts, salad, and water, which is also excellent service. The restaurant is also decorated very nicely.

Finally, the quality of the food was very good, so - I don't think there is anything to do in Apeldoorn, but I would recommend going there just for this...

I've been here twice thus far - by now my favourite restaurant in Apeldoorn.

Delightful atmosphere (with a decor containing many cool trinkets related to the eponymous book and characters, for those interested) and delicious food and drink, served by talented, engaging and friendly people at reasonable prices.

They also have a kind of tiered menu, allowing you to order different portion sizes (for different prices, of course) depending on your appetite, which is a concept I'd like to see catch on. Waste not, want not!

What a great place to have a wonderful meal. We went here and had a reservation. They immediately knew who we were and what our special request was.
