I would like to file a formal complaint about specific employees at this store.
Today, December 14, 2024, my husband and I visited this Zara location, and unfortunately, our experience was completely ruined by the unprofessional behavior of a male and female employee near the fitting rooms. Both of them were speaking Russian, and to my great surprise, the man was identified as a manager. However, his lack of proper communication skills and customer service was shocking for someone in that role.
Hereās what happened: First, my husband wasnāt allowed to accompany me to the fitting room, even just to help carry the clothes. Second, when he brought me a different size, he was rudely told not to stand in the aisle and to leave the fitting room area. Finally, the last incident left me utterly shocked. As I was in the fitting room, the female employee passed by and, instead of addressing me directly, rudely remarked that I had been in the fitting room for 25 minutes and that customers were only allowed to stay for 15 minutes.
When we asked her to show us where this rule was stated, she simply walked away, saying she didnāt have time to explain. Afterward, we approached another employee at the checkout counter and asked if there really was such a rule. She confirmed that no such rule existed.
We were left in such disbelief and frustration that it completely ruined our shopping experience and discouraged us from making any purchases.
For a store like Zara, this kind of customer service is absolutely unacceptable!

But in my bank account was paid by the price already but just the Zara system doesnāt work for thatās moment and they donāt give me what I already bought and currently manager told me that āthey canāt do anything for meā. I was called my bank and the problems was from Zara. Then the transaction in my bank was said āCanceledāand I got my money back. So they have started to trust thatās I was paid but took me 30min to stay there for this. What I have said itās right and I go to work late by this so the manager should have improve solving problems skill instead of saying āWe canāt do anythingā is definitely not the best words for working...

I did so, I was standing there just waiting. But after a while, no one came to me, so I went to that staff again to ask how long do I need to wait for, she replied that itās no longer available cause they didnāt find it. But during my waiting time, no one came to give me an answer. Such a service! 𤣠Iām happy that I went and asked again, otherwise I would standing there longer for only wasting my time.
