Arrived at 19:50 and took 10 min befire finally getting greeted by the staff.Ordered drinks at 20:05 and 20:30 still not getting any drinks meanwhile other tables already got theirs and they came after and ordered later than us..

Seeing 3-4 of the staff smoking and having a laugh at the front of the restaurant while some of us can’t even get a proper service is sad.

It took around a good 20 min after the drinks were ordered for the waiter to finally decided to come and take order from us.

After around 30 min of waiting with no drinks served yet we decided to just pay the drinks we didn’t get and left. I mean if the food takes 20 min or longer to be served we wouldn’t be complaining at all. But this is just literally a bottle of Cola that we ordered. Why is it take forever to get a cola from the fridge and serve it to us.. come on

After reading some of the reviews on this I see that we weren’t the only one to have experienced this kind of issue and apparently they haven’t done something about it yet, at least not to our experience.. maybe we were the only unfortunate one at that evening. who knows?

I don’t want any compensation just wanted to leave an honest review here after what we’ve experienced.
