Jinbo Cafe — Restaurant in Arnhem

It's a cute cafe in Arnhem Centrum. I like the idea that its interior design resembles styles of some cafes in Asia. It has relatively spacious areas, with several chairs both for group and individual. I also want to recommend its matcha drinks, was super delicious. I'm not sure about all pastries, but my selection on that day was this lemon tart. I still found it tasty, but for me, it was slightly too sweet. I would say that there is room for improvement regarding its service. On that day, the cashier didn't give me any receipt, she only asked me to sit and wait. So, I certainly didn't know my order number. But the staff who prepared the orders kept on asking what my number is and then left to ask her cashier colleague with sour face. Hmm I don't know whether the sour face is directed to me or the cashier, but nonetheless, it's not so pretty. Looking forward to visiting it again, and hopefully, I will have a better...

Extremely noisy coffee bar with very good and popular products. Again I'll mention very good quality products.

The coffee bar itself is so minimalist with a sparse/barren interior with only hard surfaces for sound to bounce off means it's very loud and it sounds like a kindergarten class even when there's only a couple of tables occupied (the machines also make noise, and of course they got a loud hand dryer). Only way to escape the noise is to go sit outside where they have two benches to sit on.

I guess it's a matter of preference, but I wouldn't go here for atmosphere at all, "gezellig" it ain't. It looks so minimal and no decorations, no vibe, it just feels soulless to me.

Hojicha and coffee tasted good, cheesecake brownie was too dry and in my opinion the concept is overhyped. If you care about hygiene and a nice place to enjoy your coffee, I recommend to go elsewhere. The cafe seemed to have a clean and minimalistic look, but when you look closer everything is already pretty overused, broken and the walls are dirty, the ambience was to clinic and the toilets were horribly unhygienic! It takes more to a cafe than having nice drinks, the interior is loveless and you feel unpleasant, after you have been to that horrible toilet. Plants were not cared for and the decoration was not...
