We have recently moved from Hilversum to Arnhem. So we thought let's try Indian food in Arnhem. So we went to King of India and Ordered Chicken Tikka, Paneer Tikka and rice. It was a take away. Our honest feedback: The packing of the food was not good. The quantity of the food was very very less. The quality of the food was really bad. The quality of Chicken is really bad. You will feel that you are chewing a rubber not a chicken, The taste was really bad. The Dal was Channa dal which is the cheapest dal. In Hilversum, we use eat food from Surya restaurant, within 20 Euro you will get Chicken Tandoori Tikka with Paprika and onions, one Box jeera rice(good for 2 adults and one toddler), one aloo matar curry, 2 Papadam, one box very nice and healthy Salad, 4 types of chutney and sauce along with a nice packed. So this is worst food every I had with more Price. Please don't blame Indian food. This was our first and...
Read moreI recently visited King of India to treat myself on my birthday, hoping to enjoy a special meal. Unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing due to several service issues.

This inattentiveness significantly detracted from the overall dining experience, especially on what was meant to be a celebratory occasion.
In summary, while the food is commendable, the service needs substantial improvement to provide a more pleasant and enjoyable dining experience, especially for...

Unfortunately, with our last order, one dish was forgotten (we had ordered two sagwala paneers and only received one) and another one was wrong (shahi kurma instead of kashmiri). On the other hand, they were kind enough to add in two bonus dishes free of charge because we had placed a large order (8 people). The receipt reflected what was delivered, so it was clearly an honest mistake. Portion sizes are good, not ridiculously large, but generous. We would continue to recommend...
