Zula Cafe & Restaurant — Restaurant in Arnhem

We saw the restaurant empty and went there for dinner, they said all tables are reserved and they can only give us a very tiny table next to the window for 30 minutes for drinks, we had a baby with us and we had to feed her so we accepted. We were sitting there for a coffee, all tables still empty and people could come in without reservation. We went to shopping and when we crossed it again still the tables were empty.I believe if you talk Turkish they will give you table. The waiters and all kitchen were looking at us the whole time and rolling their eyes on us to go, while the tables were all empty in the restaurant. Very rude, very unprofessional. This place belongs to Gordon Ramsay’s “Kitchen Nightmares”, because… as desert we got microwaved pineapple with it’s core still in touch, and we had to reorder everything twice because servers forgot every single item we ordered 😭 they do have a nice atmosphere and a calming piano music that I suppose is meant to calm the mistreated customers. The food is more of a microwaved (literally) school project. The only tasty thing we had was tea and a mushroom soup. Also, had to use toilet paper instead because we wouldn’t get napkins lol. I usually don’t write revieuws but im just doing it because it actually really messed up my travel to the Netherlands but this might be one of the worst restaurants ive been to. We’ve been waiting so long for someone to even come and serve us, chicken was burned and tasteless and spare ribs were terrible, raw, way too much salt, the rice aswell too much salt it was really bad. I have been feeling very bad the day after. Also the people next to us also complained to them that their meat was raw.
