Worst service ever! 3.5 hour wait for food! This was by far the worst customer service I've received from a food provider in years! We order our food two hours before it was supposed to be delivered. Half an hour AFTER it was due to be delivered we received a text saying the food would be there in half an hour. An hour after we received that text our food arrived. This was an hour and a half late!! During this time we can called multiple times, no-one answered the phone. The next day I sent BKK Thai an email. I subsequently called three times and spoke to the service lady about my email asking for a response. I was told I would get a response in the next week. Surface to say I have never received any contact from BKK Thai. I am exceptionally disappointed in this service. This is not the service expected of a reputable food...

Excellent food and service. I really appreciated that I got a free juice and cassava chips with the food. Double points because they served the vegetarian chips instead of prawn crackers and a nice cold non alcoholic beverage. They took in account that I ordered a vegetarian meal and did this

I really hope that this restaurant gets their stuff in order. I dont have an extreme complaint about the food, the vegetarian dishes that i order are always decent except maybe the occasional overcooked rice. But the problem is that they either don't have enough staff, or accept too many orders and you don't get an update about a delayed delivery unless you call them up by yourself in which case you may be greeted by a very stressed person. They do try to compensate for something if they can't deliver as promised they give a different item then. All in all, I wish they would stop taking as many orders when their situation with staff is not in order so they can deliver more orders on time.
