We had a reservation at 7.30 p.m. we were told to wait on the bar for few minutes, we ordered some cocktails. Amazing bar service from the older woman behind the bar (she's the only reason this review is 3 stars). We got served really nice tasteful drinks. Onto the main course, we had to wait more than one hour after the reservation to be able to sit on our table. After having done that, the waiter did not seem to bother theirselves bringing the menu fast, as we did not wait long enough already. So we order the 5 starter course, which again took quite a time to arrive... The soup was tasting nice, the seafood was also nice, but when the customer informs the waiter of allergies, why do I get 3 starters that have different ingredients that I am allergic to? The waiter spefically told me that they will adjust the starters they will serve... yet nothing like that happened. At least I was informed...

Onto the main course, by that time we are passed 10 p.m and remember our reseralvation was at 7.30. The black angus beef burger, simply overpriced, sauce not good, beef mediocrely cooked and not something special in taste. The spare ribs were simply just not good, with a BBQ sauce, seemed like it was just premade.

The whole point was a birthday activity and eating afterwards in that place. Unfortunately, everything went great until we arrived at this restaurant.

To conclude, what really bothers me is that the owner of the restaurant was present, but he did not seem to try and do something aboit the 3+ hours waiting time, instead overbooking for tourists is a great...

We have booked this place to celebrate my birthday. We were in total seven people and that specific night was overly crowded. That was not the issue as we have booked our table in advance. The issue was that they were under staff. We could clearly see in from the beginning as they have nicely told us to sit at the bar order a drink until our table is ready. We have waited there for an hour. Meaning that we were seated half hour later than our booking. That was nothing to complain about as everything was super when it comes to service and taken care of. The main issue came since we sat on our table. The menus were late, the order was taken really late and then the food came two hours after we have ordered it. The service was really helpful and friendly so I cannot say that there was anything negative about that. But when it comes to the whole experience for sure it was just too much to wait for. The food was of a good quality but nothing to be shocked about. It was a decent food made with care. I would prefer to know in advance that they are under staff so that we do not have any questions or start getting annoyed. That would have been really helpful. All in all it is a place which I would recommend for someone to visit with the hope that this will not happen to anyone...

The service is really good and we were asked beforehand if we were german and got german menu's and could even order in our language. Personally I didn't really enjoy the atmosphere inside, as there were many old german people (50+). This place therefore isn't really appealing to a younger crowd. The terrace looked really cool tho and probably has a better atmosphere. My friend really enjoyed his dinner and would rate it 10/10 (chicken with satè sauce). I always order ceasar salad in restaurants and I must say I was pretty disappointed with mine. The chicken was good but way too litte dressing on the salad. The portion would be big enough to share for two or three people. The thing I really disliked was bacon strips on the salad. However the fries were really crunchy and salty. Perfect! Our waitress was also really quick and friendly. All in all I would come again but maybe eat on the terrace and would order...
