Gastronomical hights in downtown Bergen Binnen: A consciously restricted choice of fine, elaborated dishes, which are a purposeful mixture of Asian, American and not al least Dutch cuisine traditions; fresh and tasty cooking in pretty trendy, if not to say hip, sourroundings.
