This is the best unknown spot on the entire island.
Food is genuinely good, on any scale, and service is even better. I can’t believe people don’t know about this spot.
It is not NY pizza. It is not Detroit or Chicago pizza. It is the best pizza on any island you’ve visited. And absolutely higher end pie in any major pizza city. Shockingly good crust, ingredients. And seriously, that crust is top tier.
Everything else they made, could hang in any major city anywhere in the world. Seriously!
A gentleman, born on another ABC island named Mark, served us at the bar. I wish everyone here tipped when they had great service (I get it, tipping cultures vary), because Mark’s outsized hospitality - best I’ve seen on this island, and top 3 anywhere in the world. This guy is world class!

Some elements of each dish are very nicely done (grilled fish, grilled prawns), some elements lacking, e.g. both the burrata salad and catch of the day salads are underdressed where the salad greens have 0 olive oil; pizza margherita was served with 0 basil and it took multiple requests for the kitchen to bring out 5 basil leaves. Pizza is fine for children eating by the pool but very disappointing for adults. 90 percent of the staff are good, 10 percent are unfriendly/unaware/chaotic/don't know the menu. Sometimes you get served ice cream that has been melted and re-frozen. Go BEFORE 6:30pm to avoid a long wait for food during the dinner rush.
