Sebastian's Beach — Restaurant in Bonaire

Staff are rude my family and I walked in and were ignored for almost 20 minutes. My fiance and mother waited at the bar for 10 minutes and no one greeted them. After 10 minutes, they walked away.While waiting a couple comes in and they are immediately waited on. I finally got up from my table and walked up to the counter, I was ignored yet again until I finally asked what do I need to do to buy four bottles of water. A man replied and tolled his eyes and said my colleague can help you! I asked if he could just pass me four bottles of water? They're literally in a fridge right behind you. Then he looks over and ask someone else to give me the water. The sad part is the restaurant wasn't full, it was semi busy, there was enough staff to wait on anyone who walked in. I'm not sure if they're under new management or what,but this was actually my favorite bar/restaurant on the island. Not anymore! Next time I'm in Bonaire I will avoid...

Came today with a cruise tour. Nice beach, good location, pretty ocean. All was fine. Except for when I bought a club sandwich. I bit into it, thought to myself ‘Why is this so hard,’ spit it out, and there was a bone in my sandwich. No chicken, just a 3 inch bone. I almost broke a tooth! I got refunded, but still, that’s ridiculous that they are making club sandwiches with bones. They absolutely need to be more careful because that’s super careless and dangerous. I forgot to take a picture of the bone and only took one of the sandwich, but I promise that this happened. Staff were really confused about it and not super apologetic, but they did refund me and that made things better. That could choke somebody or worse! I’m posting this so hopefully the staff/owners can see and be more careful when they’re making club sandwiches to not put chicken...

Feels like a tourist trap. Many tours bring people here and the quality of the food isn’t good, the servers pad the bill (especially if using a credit card). I visited today and my drink was half full, the waitress tried to convince my girlfriend that the sauce in the burger was cheese sauce (yet it tasted like ketchup/mayo combo), and the service was abysmal. I sat at a table of 6 people and 2 people didn’t get their food until after everyone was done and the only reason those two people got the food was because they had to go ask for it. Don’t waste your money here. Beach is free, enjoy that avoid getting ripped off.
