A huge win for this island!!! There has been limited access to the water for the public since I've started coming here. Now there's a park with a dive ramp and a handicap ramp. Let's just say that the cherry on top is 3 concession stands with beer and food and also a restaurant. I have only had the tacos so far because they are the best tacos I've ever tasted. I'd say that the tacos were good, but not great, and very, very expensive for an outdoor stand. We got both barracuda and birria and while tasty were not authentic and not large portions for $8 each on average. The sauces are nothing you would find in Mexico and we had to ask what was in the little cup that came with the birria. It was what would be called consomme in Mexico, but was too dry. Seats are basic and the counter is concrete. The may be a restroom but it isn't close. Good if you're hungry but...

My wife and I truly enjoyed Fat Dog. It has a relaxed atmosphere. The smoked meat is delicious. I had the smoked pork belly sandwich which has a red cabbage slaw. My wife had the smoked chicken. Both were full of flavor & cooked to perfection. The chef and everyone working there were approachable and made us feel welcomed. I recommend the Fat Dog...
