Brouwcafé Frontaal Brewing Company — Restaurant in Breda

Visited recently Brouwcafe, it’s an old Brewing company with inside sitting area and also a nice terrace . Location is not wow as in an industrial part but they serve food throughout the day and in summer the best choice on that day . The place is nice with friendly and efficient service . The toilets are in the back in the fabric side so not that wow to be honest . The food was ok for my family but not good for me., quite disappointing to be honest especially as they charge high prices . We chose the smashed burgers , the meat was not high standard quality for that price it should taste more fresh and juicy that is what I expect from a smashed burger .Tasted very processed, so did the bun I doubt they do the burgers themselves. There are plenty of other places where for the same price you get a very high quality meat . Review for Brrrewda: The DJ was really low-quality, with the sound quality of the speakers being terrible. Yet, the advertisement mentioned live music, which clearly wasn’t the case. Moreover, everything is only in Dutch: the website and the ticketing system. That’s a shame, especially since the satisfaction survey is available in English and Dutch. It feels rather pathetic.

The quality of the food was also catastrophic: the fries were bad, the mayonnaise was clearly the cheapest possible and inedible, and the bitterballen were the worst I’ve ever tasted.

Even the water was charged, which is unfortunate. The entrance ticket and tokens were extremely overpriced, and given the poor services, it’s absolutely not...

As a big fan of the brewery, I traveled to Breda specifically to visit here. It was a huge disappointment that the food they offer is only delivered by a sort of home-delivered hamburger deal from the neighbors. Also, nowhere is it indicated that this can only be ordered until half past 8 (which is fairly early to stop eating). The snack platter was made vegetarian at our request and came with roasted cold jalapenos (not recommended) and dry breadsticks.
