Curry Inn 🇮🇳 — Restaurant in Breda

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but I wish I could give curry in. zero stars. We were starving after our flight home and ordered from Uber eats on the way home from Schipol around 19:50 because the delivery said 45-65 minutes. Once ordered and paid, the app updated to say the delivery time would be 2.5 hours arriving at 22:10-22:30!! Called more than 5 times but no one answered the phone and was unable to cancel the order. Because we were worried about the order we stopped by the restaurant on our way home around 20:20 and the store owner said that he was sorry but he didn’t originally get the order, but he now saw it and would have our order delivered no later than 21:15; he made this very clear that he would have it as fast as he could. We waited as 21:15 passed…and at 21:30 we called the restaurant multiple times, again no answer. We decided to give up and make food and at 22:15 the order was finally delivered. The saddest part was the food was subpar…and because we ordered through Uber eats the refund/cancellation process is nearly impossible. Will never eat here or order...

Placed an order via UberEats at 11:00 for a delivery at 19:00. Nice and early, you’d say. Unfortunately I had had to wait 1,5 hours. At 20:30, after I made some unanswered calls, I decided to drive to the restaurant, it was surprisingly quiet, so I wondered why it had to take so long. However, the guy working there was very sweet. I waited another 30 minutes there, so at 21:30 I was finally able to eat. The Saag was absolutely delicious, but there was no garlic on my ‘garlic naan’. I would order again but I’d pick it up myself :) nevertheless I would advice the restaurant to do something about...

Curry Inn messed up my first order. After leaving a review they contacted me to make it up. Offered me free food to show me they can do better. Made an deal with them food the next Sunday. During the week they kept sending me very unprofessional whatsapp messages.

The Sunday of the '"makeup food" they never showed up. After being an hour late I called them and asked what's up. They said; we'll call you back asap but they never did. I called them multiple times the next hour but they stopped picking up after the first call.

Very poor service ! I'll stay far away from this trashy restaurant...
