McDonald's — Restaurant in Capelle aan den IJssel

For somebstupid reason, I had to dine late, and I was with a bike, so I'm pretty much scared. But it was worth it, I got a big tasty with 6 pcs McNuggets and small fries to taste it all in one go. And to be fair and inspte of my personal hatred from McDonald's and their usually awful food quality, this one was pretty good. I didn't like too much lettuce, which was pouring out, but then I realized it is part of the style. The salon looks good and very clean in fast food chain standards. Food got ready in under 10 minutes, and the staff were nice. All in all, it was a great experience, and the highest rating McDonald's in Rotterdam was well deserved to this place. P.s. Don't go there with hope of great quality of other brands it was good in...

Went for a Big Mac Menu, got one with a worm inside. I was so angry, I should of probably made it a bigger deal than what I did, but when the manager herself only offered me apologies and making me a new one I understood this wasn't an irregular occurrence, asked for refund, made clear I'm not eating there ever again and go. Any business having shame would have refunded me and remade the meal in front of me so that I can see the ingredients used, this one apparently, doesn't have any, shame on you guys, I was hungry and you made me disgusted, hungrier and stole my time!

We often visit this branch and usually are served fast.But this morning, it took over 20 mins for a simple breakfast order, croissants were sold out but we were offered an alternative, so no issue here. After my order, I still had to wait for my coffee, they eventually try to flog an old one from the back so I asked for a replacement. The coffee corner/counter were very dirty & disorganized, without any takeaway lids and with crates of milk on display. Employees were arguing with each other, there is clearly no system or accpuntability and it shows. For over 20 euro, I ll go somewhere...
