Very unfortunate experience. I was so excited to take my daughter and sister here and we were totally disappointed. We checked their hours before going and they were open until 3pm. We arrived at 2:10pm. We went inside and nobody was in sight. We waited for a while to see if a worker would come back, but no one came. I eventually walked toward the back and saw a group of girls in their kitchen area goofing off. They looked at me like I was disrupting their day. I asked if they were still open and the young girl said yes. She came out to talk to us. I asked her if they were still serving food and she said no, they were done serving food. I was like, oh, your website said you are open until 3pm, what time do you stop serving food? She looked at the time (it was 2:15pm) she responded by saying they stop serving at 2:15pm. I said oh, ok. She then said that she could check with the kitchen to see if they could still make us something, and I said no that’s ok, we will go somewhere else. My friend has a milk allergy, so she asked for coconut milk in her drink, but it didn’t taste like coconut milk when it arrived, it tasted like regular milk. We asked the waitress, and she confirmed it was coconut milk. Unfortunately, my friend started feeling unwell after having a few sips due to the allergic reaction. It seemed like they were busy, and mistakes can happen, but they should have made a new drink with coconut milk when my friend mentioned it wasn’t the right one. Overall, it’s...

The food is great. I particularly like the owners creative touches— the pita is made with flour and beetroot which gives it a lovely pink color but does not change the flavor. The tomato was fresh as was the lettuce. When I mentioned that I had a garlic intolerance, they didn’t hesitate to run to the kitchen and make me a special version of their tzatziki that was absolutely delicious and flavorful and fresh.
The atmosphere is very special feeling like a genuine taverna in Greece except maybe a pink version in Curacao. What a brilliant welcome addition to the islands...
