The Ribs Factory — Restaurant in Curaçao

The perfect meal after a long day of exploring the island.

We arrived around 7:30pm on a Friday night, and were promptly seated by a very friendly server. We sat outside, which was truly enjoyable. I had the the ribs and skewer combo with funchi fries (which came with awesome garlic sauce) and it was absolutely delicious, just what I needed.

From all the places where we had lunch or dinner on Curacao, there are only a few that I would revisit, and this is most definitely one of them.

I took a star off because they charged me extra for the funchi fries. The ribs and skewer combo comes with regular fries, and I asked to substitute with funchi fries. If you look at the prices of the side items on the menu, they both cost exactly the same. Nobody told me I would have to pay extra, nobody explained to me why that makes any sense, and that left a bit of a sour taste at the end of...

Food was relatively quick and was quite good for the price. Service was a little "shacky" but not bad.

Portion was quite big, had the ribs and skewer combo with fries as you can see in the picture I attached.

I downgraded the atmosphere because I had people standing behind my back waiting for me to finish to take over my table. I don't speak Dutch but German and do understand enough Dutch to understand when people are unpleasant and they were.

I had a great experience at The Ribs Factory! I tried the Philly cheese sandwich, and while it’s not quite like the classic USA version, it was absolutely delicious in its own right.
