Last year we went....first time was excellent! Great burger and great steak. Second time.....not so good, waited a long time, not complete and very very salty. This year we went back....first time....excellent!!! Second time....the burgers were so salty and overseasoned (different seasoning?) that we couldnt finish our meal. 3rd time, wanted to go somewhere else but they were closed. It was my bday and The Don was around the corner so we gave it another try....we waited 1hr and 20 mins....saw people Come in, knowing the staff, to receive the food within minutes. We were with a party of 3 families receiving all our meals seperate so no eating together. I had the Lomito this time around and that was really good. Our family came here 3 times in 12 days. We love it. One of the best food trucks I’ve been to ANYWHERE in the world. Everything is truly delicious. The staff is all friendly. My teenage kid loved the nachos. We tried nearly every sort of meat. All the steaks are tender and fantastic, the chicken is tender, the porkchops and pork ribs are delicious. SO MUCH Fries! The one thing I’d skip is the shrimp, it was quite as good as all the other meats. We love all the sauces too, the chimichurri, the garlic aioli, and the curry catsup are all delicious. Depending on the time of the day, order your bar drinks from The Don staff and they’ll walk over to the drink trunk to get your beers or soft drinks.
