KFC Dordrecht — Restaurant in Dordrecht

There was a deal on the website, so I tried ordering online, through Ideal, it said 'Order Mislukt', twice! But the money was debited from my account. So basically, I got no food, but I paid for it lol. In the email it said I would get my money back in 5 days. Its been almost a month. Why does a billion dollar business take more than a month to pay back 17 euros of customers money? Pathetic. Never order your KFC chicken online!...

The food tasted old, unexpected cheaply.

Tables are dirty, floor is dirty, nobody cares to clean them for new customers, truth is the customers should clean a bit after themselves, but the staff should also maintain a tidy restaurant.

Also,we paid for sauces, whipping cream for the milkshake ,and if I didnt ask for them, i wouldn't get them.

Shame on the KFC brand for this spot. If it's a franchise, shame...

If it was possible to give less than 1 star. Then that’s what it should have. The service here is awful. The staff are not attentive. Once I ordered snack box with sauce and tea. The snack box came with the wrong sauce and tea was just hot water without any tea bag or sugar. And when I asked about it the staff just reluctantly and angrily went to fix it. Just complete waste of time and...
