Rebel Rebel — Restaurant in Dordrecht

I have been vegan for 8 years. And I always support 100% vegan places. I eat here almost every month. That's why I drove all my way from BOZ to Dordrecht this morning. So I was sitting and waiting for my order to be taken for 15 minutes until I decided to figure out what was going on. It turned out there was a festival that day and they took orders at the bar. I asked the waitress how I was supposed to know that, because nobody told me. At the top of that, the burger which I ordered was cold and the toilet was closed (no one needs to wash his hands, right?). Didn't hear someone saying "sorry". I noticed some people leaving because they were also not told to order at the bar. Not coming to this...

I love that there's a vegan restaurant in my own city. I also love the vibe and the service is always great and friendly. They are great in snacks and bites. I'm just not a big fan of the food, flavourwise it's not my jam. I've been cooking/eating vegan for many years and I love experimenting, I guess that's why this food is not exciting or tasty/seasoned enough for me. Very nice 100% vegan restaurant. Outside there was live Jazz music which was cool, but too loud for us to talk, so we went inside instead. There, the decor is very typical for modern Dutch restaurants: Dark wood and dark blue walls, with some lights and a lot of David Bowie posters. A little generic, but it fits the place.
