Armonia — Restaurant in Ede

From delivery speed, to presentation to the flavor of the product - Armonia got nothing right. Delivery took 1 hour and 30 minutes, the herb butter to go with our bread had melted in its entirety - it was soup. The pizzas were exceptionally sloppily put together. Toppings thrown on the pizza with no care whatsoever, tomato slices were enormous. Both the pizzas and...'bruschettas' had peppermint leaves instead of basil on them. I guess they ran out.

Besides the almost insulting errors, the flavor and texture of the pizzas themselves were poor at best.

Armonia is een verborgen juweel in Ede, waar pure passie voor eten samenkomt in elke hap. Ik ontdekte deze culinaire parel toen ik op een avond besloot om pizza te bestellen via Thuisbezorgd. Vanaf het moment dat ik de doos opende, wist ik dat ik iets bijzonders in handen had. De pizza zag er anders uit dan de rest—vers, ambachtelijk en met zorg bereid. De geur alleen al liet het water me in de mond lopen.

Maar het echte magische moment kwam toen ik mijn eerste hap nam. De perfect knapperige korst, gecombineerd met de zachte, luchtige binnenkant van het deeg, creëerde een textuur die ik zelden heb ervaren. En dan die smaak—subtiel, maar toch vol van karakter, een delicate balans tussen verfijning en intensiteit. Ik werd op slag verliefd.

Uit pure dankbaarheid vertelde ik de bezorger hoe heerlijk de pizza was, en hij straalde van trots. Tijdens ons gesprek bleek hij verrast toen ik vertelde dat ik fotograaf ben, en ik stelde voor om foto's van hun gerechten te maken. Ze gingen enthousiast akkoord. Kort daarna stonden we in hun keuken, waar ik de prachtige, smaakvolle creaties van Armonia vastlegde—elke foto een eerbetoon aan de kunst van authentieke...

Honestly, the best pizza place in Ede. I order atleast 1 time in 1/2 weeks from this place and I have tried almost all kinds of pizza from this place (with pineapples too :) and i liked all those pizzas). Stopped going to other pizzerias when I found this place. I have not tried other dishes from Armonia. In the future, for sure....
