Pizza en Pizza — Restaurant in Ede

I have been once inside the restaurant and ordered once. Eating inside was a relatively good experience, although we had to sit over ten minutes before someone came to ask what drinks we’d like, no one asked to refill our glasses, and in the end we didn’t order dessert because we ran out of time, even though we sat at the table waiting for about 20 minutes for someone to do so. The food was delicious so we decided to order pizzas next time, which was a different experience. My burrata pizza came without the burrata, and tomatoes. They did not offer any discount or a refund even though the distance from the restaurant postponed our dinner by an hour. My new pizza was disgusting. Really good pizzas. We had the figs and goat cheese one and the special focaccia, and they were both really tasty and well balanced. I recommend both. The crust is crunchy and of the right thickness. The choices of pizzas are not so many for being a pizza-only restaurant, and some of them are a bit weird (shoarma pizza in a pizza restaurant is interesting ahah). Some classic Italian pizzas are missing from the menu, which is a shame. But it did make me try something unusual, which was very good, so in the end I can't complain. To be honest, I don't like pizza at all. Here I had no choice, and it was an amazing experience. The pizza ("with egg") was fabulous! The base was thin and crispy, and there were a lot of ingredients, lots of fungi, meat, ... If Pizza is like this everywhere, I will become a pizza lover.
