Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Eindhoven

Such a rude staff. Ordered a pizza and it was showing 1 hour time. After 1 hour when I called, they told it will take some more time. After 2.5 hours, in the app it showed that order is delivered. When I called, they told they have to wait for the delivery person to make sure what happened. When I called again they told that driver ring door bell and called on phone, but both of these I didn’t receive. And instead of saying that we will deliver your order, they just told that they wont make it and refund the money. When I told I dont want money, I just need my order, they told that okay they wont give the money. And what about waiting time 2.5 hours? Shameless and such a rude staff !!!! Keep that money and consider it as a tip...

The food is good, I like Domino’s pizzas much better than those of e.g. New York Pizza or Papa John’s. The deals they have, especially for delivery, make them a very attractive choice. However, I always regret that when ordering for delivery you never get an appropriate delivery time or expected delay. You do get the “tracker” info, but that simply tells you in which state your order is, and not when they will deliver it. I’ve had several times deliveries of ~1 hr, where I get no clue on how long it will take. For whichever reason once the delivery guy gets the pizza and is on his way the GPS tracker almost never works, so you need to be estimating yourself when the order will arrive based on...

Ordered a caprese, absolutely horrible pizza experience, this has to be a record, because I have never had a pizza this oily before. Completely appalling, made me sick after 2 slices, even after patting the pizza with kitchen paper to remove some of the oil. There has to be something seriously wrong with the ingredients or with the method of preparation, this is totally unacceptable, worst pizza of my life, congrants one again Domino's Nederland 👏👏😠😠, a true master at making disgusting pizzas, that are either completely covered with oil, dry, uncooked or just cold. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Don't ever eat there, the pizza is never good, save your money, and just buy a frozen pizza, you will have more quality...
