El Patio Andaluz — Restaurant in Eindhoven

Avoid this place!! We are fairly regular customers to this restaurant (once every couple months) but unfortunately today they have shown a pretty antisocial, immature and non hygienic behavior. Today while I was cycling by someone of their staff threw some liquids thru their window/balcony which fell on me and probably other cyclists. I stopped to complain about (obviously was upset) and got to talked to who it seemed to be in charged which in this case was basically a teenager. She accepted that someone in the staff threw the liquids but said that didn't knew who and when I asked to talk to the manager I was refused as it seemed he was in the kitchen. I received a shallow apology from this teenager. This behavior is on normal circumstances not hygienic, a d in this times even more relevant. They could have throw anything from remaining of drinks of their customer's to who knows what. I can only imagine that if this is the behavior they exhibit in public whatever, happens behind the kitchen's walls must be worrisome. It is a shame as it seemed to be a family owned business.

The food is super tasty and tapad sizes are not disappointing at all. The staff is friendly and fast with requests, and some even speak Spanish. The place is nicely decorated but be ware on summer days because there’s no proper ventilation, it easily becomes an oven, and sweating doesn’t lead to the best eating experience. The only fundamental improvement is that they seem to wait until all dishes are ready before they bring them to the table, which is unusual for a tapas place and leads to huge waiting times (eg we waited 40’ for all dishes, one of which were cold and could hve been...

Very nice place ! A bit noisy on Friday evening because the restaurant was full. Reservation is mandatory on Friday evening if you want to eat before 9pm. Most of the waiters and waitresses speak English. This time we ate tapas and they are tasty, I tried the paella this summer and it was also very good, and cheap from Tuesday to Thursday (you have to be at least 2 and it takes 45min to prepare it).
