When I think about Gouda, I think of this Cafè instantly. I love this place. So many times I came here with my wife, with friends or even few times alone and I always feel like I'm visiting an old friend. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Place is really gezellig and got warm atmosphere. Location is perfect. Menu is on point, great coffee, deserts, nice tap beers and well done drinks. I come here once a week and never get bored or tired of this place. Thanks for your work, allemaal! Tot ziens 👋

The price is not steep. I honestly think they can charge us more. I would take my friends and family here. I highly recommend this place for a nice romantic meal or if you just want peace and and a really good meal. I ordered the mini truffle croquet and it is absolutely delicious!

A little bit out of the way, tucked away near the old historic docks of Gouda, het IJsselhuis is a picturesque little café with amazing varying foods. The (vegan) options are awesome and the price is great. The service is also as good as you get in Gouda as is...
