Because of a very polite mix up we ended up having the restaurant to ourselves (3 of us). My mum had called to ask if they were open and if they had room for 3, turned out actually the restaurant part wasn't open (take away was). But they seated us anyway, told us that because the boss wasn't there they weren't allowed to serve alcohol (not a problem for us). The food was wonderful, my cousin wants to go back next time she visits, the service was very nice.. and despite a bit of awkwardness we had a great evening. Had starters, main, and delicious chai to round it up. Will definitely go to eat...

The food is very nice. But over the last 2 years I’ve received less and less. Last time I ordered it, I received containers less than half full, not even enough for one person. Even the rice is in a small container for 2 curries. Typically it’s one rice container per full container of curry. It was also meant to be delivered, and 10 minutes before it being delivered they called to say they can’t deliver and I have to pick it up. No apologies, or anything extra to compensate. We took only vegetarian dishes. Only the daal was delicious with smokey flavour... The other vegetables did not had that real spices taste of Indian cuisine. The jeera aloo was more like a gravy aloo.
