McDonald's — Restaurant in Haarlem

Every time it gets more expensive and the quality just gets worse. Staff is friendly but the food is just disappointing. Drink wasn’t secured into the holder so by the time I got home over half of it had spilled. The McFlurry cups were only halfway filled and the ‘ice cream’ did not taste like it used to. Extremely watery and not creamy or like soft serve ice cream at all. Fries were soft and salted even though I asked for no salt. Spent €20 on a pathetic amount of extremely disappointing food. Arrived there at 2.00 pm with our 2 little children. When we are about to submit our food order, our 6 year old, as it was cold and rainy outside, she had to pee urgently. We asked kindly to use the bathroom which we were denied entrance to !?!? What place refuses their youngest guests access to the toilet area ?! Supervisor didn't allow my 6 year old daughter either to use the bathroom. The manager did not even bother to resolve the situation..... we will never go there again !!!!
