New York Pizza — Restaurant in Haarlem

Horible experience!!! First, altjough was mentioned in the confirmationnof my order that will Arrive in les than 1/2 hour, took them over 1 hour and a 1/2. Made 2 calls, first they couldn't even find my order and insiders that i need to order again; 5 min on the phone and they find it...they said is on the way. Called again after 1/2 hour because nothing arrived, this pizza shoop is 7 min distance on the bike from my house. When finally I've received the pizza, one wasn't what I ordered; I've ordered a chicken buffalo and New York pizza and they delivered a chicken (not buffalo), and pomodori pesto (no meat, very simple). A new phone call to the shop, when the woman there was very rude and offensive, insisting that I've ordered that pizza.. When she found the order and see that indeed they delivered to me a wrong pizza she inssisted that I should just accept it cos they are busy and they won't deliver me a new one. I insisted to get what I ordered and she told me that she will make and deliver the pizza I ordered only if the wrong pizza is still intact and I must give it back to the delivery guy (intact) when delivered the new pizza. She was all this time rude and shouting to me, never ever apologize for there mother stake. The second pizza arrive after 1 hour and 3 min... Terible service, and the rudeness of this woman that is working there is outrages. DO...

Really New York Pizza, you advertise this as a Gyros Pizza?! This is just unseasoned pork. If we all would call unseasoned pork, gyros. Then gyros would be the actual word for pork. I'm feeling robbed of all the spices and flavours that's in actual gyros. And the overall quality of New York Pizza, it has just been decreasing month by month.

Also don't order their mince in any way or form, not even when it's advertised as taco or nachos, they forget the spices...

Pizza besteld met extra bakje sweet chilli. In opmerkingen nog is voor zekerheid gezet ‘vergeet extra bakje sweet chilli niet’. Vervolgens krijg ik een pizza besteld zonder bakje sweet chilli. Omdat dit vaker gebeurd en ik hier ook extra voor heb betaald ging de bezorger terug om het alsnog te brengen, wat mij vrij logisch lijkt als je iets vergeten bent. Bij het openen van de doos bleek de pizza ook nog is erg slecht te zijn gemaakt (Omdat ik zelf een tijd bij deze vestiging heb gewerkt weet ik hoe ze er uit horen te zien), maar dit zag ik door de vingers. Na 17 minuten wachten werd ik gebeld door New York pizza en vertelde mij dat het langer zou gaan duren voor dat het bakje sweet chilli er zou zijn. Hier ging ik natuurlijk niet mee akkoord aangezien mijn pizza in deze tijd al bijna koud was geworden. Tijdens het gesprek werd ik plotseling in de wacht gezet en kwamen niet met een oplossing, ze gaven mij het idee dat het hun niks boeide en dat ik niet zo erg moest zeiken. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik de manager aan de lijn die vertelde dat hij het bakje sweet chilli zou brengen. In totaal 35 minuten gewacht. Ik kreeg uiteindelijk 3 bakjes ipv 1, de bedoeling is goed alleen had ik hier natuurlijk niks aan. Waardeloze vestiging. Beter in...
