I bought a really lovely jacket in white boiled wool. I asked if I could have the sleeves of the jacket taken up. Wayyy too long. They said it was possible. I agreed to come back 2 days later to pick it up. We are on holiday. They said it wouldn’t take long and they would call when it was ready. They never called. We came back late Thursday. It was quite a faff to go back into Utrecht but I had paid a lot for my jacket. It was there hanging up. My son had the car engine running waiting for me to come back. They did ask if I wanted to try it on, but I grabbed it and went. I was so excited to try it on back at the Airbnb. Sadly, they haven’t taken it up at all. I’m gutted. Too late to do...

I requested a visible mending of a damaged woolen garment. We discussed the possible solution with a manager, who was very friendly and nice. The sweater was ready the same day, and I paid only 10€, which is nice!

I’m not sure about the yarn choice, which is not merino wool; also, the technique differs from the one shown during the consultation. Well, at least it does not have a hole in it anymore, so it will not end up in a trash bin.

Veel dingen zijn in Franse Isabel Marant/ Vanessa Bruno stijl. Dit is echt een snoepwinkel voor modeliefhebbers. Stoffen van uitzonderlijk hoge kwaliteit en de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is top. Kleding wordt direct voor je ingenomen of beetje aangepast als het kan, dus zit altijd...
