Unfortunately I can not say any good about FRENKIE. It started with not getting a menu card while there where only three tables occupied. After getting the menu card by ourself we asked to order. We got our wrong coffee order 10 min later, but no trouble I drank the coffee. We had to take the cutlery and tissues by ourselves as well. Very amateurish. We also got a ham toasty instead of the vegetarian toasty which we ordered. That took another 15 minutes to get the right toasty.

Yesterday we had drinks in this place and all was fine. Today decided to have a quick lunch there. They brought 3 of our 4 orders saying fryer was broken and suggesting to replace the missing one with a toasty. We finished the food but toasty never arrived :( I would also avoid a Mexican burger there made with what I think was a canned meat, but well warmed thanks to Shef! Popped in for a coffee during a cold and damp Sunday morning whilst shopping in the town. Had a delightful Latte. My partner had the decaf latte (NB not all cafes cater for decaf in this area).
