Stadspark Hoofddorp — Attraction in Haarlemmermeer

A relaxing place to walk and enjoy some nature. The ducks are everywhere. There is a corral with a few sheep and some goats. The goats like to wander the perimeter to feed on weeds, and since they’re not afraid of people, you’ll be able to get a few nice pictures.

There is no fee to walk around and enjoy the sites. Near the park is a small restaurant with a simple menu if you want something to eat or drink.

There is not much around the park. Many of the buildings in the area are under construction, so in 2025 expect detours, dust and delays.

We were only in the area for a day after our flight got delayed and we found ourselves in the area for 24 hours…I’m happy that we stumbled across this nice little slice of nature to get some fresh air...

It is a good place for a short walk. You feel yourself in a different world once after entering into real park. Very raw and lush green.
