Nozem Hoofddorp — Restaurant in Haarlemmermeer

Update- Feb 2023: What happened!? Nozem's menu went from 'wow' to 'disappointing'. There is a new menu wherein dishes have no harmony in flavor. Dinner portion sizes have become smaller that are not enough for a normal Dutch person. On a Sunday evening, when the restaurant was not completely full, it was a struggle to get the attention of the waiting staff. Not happy with the service or the flavor of the dishes or the price/quality.

Maybe will try again after six months to see if they have improved. For now, Nozem is at the bottom on my list.

NOZEM is top-notch, A++ You can really tell the pride they take in Nozem! What a absolute fantastic edition to Hoofddorp! It is exactly what the town needed : ) This lovely restaurant has superb food! From it's tasty lunch options to the very delicious dinner items that are available. I also Love the Ambience and Vibe, it has that old eclectic feel and energy, it makes me both excited and comfortable to dine and enjoy drinks here. wat een ongeïnteresseerde mensen werken hier zeg. Eerst het bestellen van het drinken. ik denk dat ze de coca en kolanoten nog moesten plukken. Vervolgens stond het dienblad met drinken ons nog zo een 8 minuten aan te staren. De dude achter de bar dacht misschien dat we zelf even gingen opstaan om het op te pakken en te verdelen. Na nog wat appjes af te tikken dacht hij waarschijnlijk ineens: "oh jaaa ik ben aan het werk dus laat ik mijn werk maar eens gaan doen".

Toen vroegen we of we wat konden eten daar...en kregen we een menu waar wel lekkere dingen op staan en lekker beknopt was zodat we binnen 2 minuten allemaal een keuze hebben kunnen maken. Inmiddels waren we er 25 minuten!!

De hand werd opgestoken dat we graag wilde bestellen waarop hij zei ik kom eraan.... Waarschijnlijk was hij in slow motion aan het lopen (tussendoor even wat op zijn mobiel aan het staren, stoelen verplaatsen, dat soort geneuzel) want 25 minuten later kwam hij vragen wat we wilde eten met zijn vrolijke zelf (NOT)....

Toen waren we er alweer klaar mee... geen eten meer besteld...want we waren bang dat we er dan nog een uur moesten zitten...Laat ik even voorop stellen dat wij de enige klanten in de tent waren.

Ben nooit zo van een review achterlaten maar had dan ook nooit verwacht dat ik zo een ervaring zou hebben.
