The food was excellent! Authentic flavors. The vegetarian options were also great. They added a bit of everything for me to try. The chicken was very flavorful. Wow, je weer even in Ethiopië wanen. Met échte smaken zoals ik die ken uit Ethiopië . Weer eens heerlijk tegoed doen aan injera, die ook precies goed smaakt. Ook voor 1 persoon origineel gepresenteerd in de grote rieten mand. Daarna de geur van vers geroosterde koffie bonen, het gepop van verse popcorn als opstap naar een ceremoniële koffie. De gastheer was super vriendelijk, enthousiast om de schitterende foto's toe te lichten en te helpen bij het maken van een keuze. Ook de keuken princes die me de koffiebonen kwam laten ruiken straalt enthousiasme uit. Ethiopische muziek op de achtergrond...
