I had the pleasure of dining here yesterday, and must say it was an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, the waiter who greeted us was very friendly and accommodating. We were a group of 9, including a big dog, and we originally wanted to sit outside on the terrace to not bother other clients. However, the waiter convinced us to come inside and he found us a spacious area that was separated from the rest of the restaurant.

The service was exceptional, as the waiter gave water to our furry companion and the other waitresses were always attentive and checking on us. The environment was very welcoming, and we felt right at home. The ambiance was perfect, and it was the perfect setting for a night out with friends.

Now, let's talk about the food. It was nothing short of amazing! We had a mix of dishes, including burgers, ribs, risotto, and salmon. Everything was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The salmon was cooked just right, and it had a unique and delightful taste. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, while the ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender. As visitors to Hilversum, my wife and I chose this restaurant because the online menu looked interesting and creative. We were not disappointed. I can honestly say that this was one of the best meals I've had ... ever! While cocktail culture has yet to reach the Netherlands, the pina colada and amaretto sour we started our meal with were both excellent. Our main course was the Chateaubriand steak for two, served over a bed of perfectly roasted veggies on a rough wooden plank. If you are a fan of nachos I SERIOUSLY recommend trying them here. They serve the best nachos I ever tried. The vegetarian pumpkin pizza sounds like its not that big a deal but the taste is truly amazing. I think they are selling out short by calling it a pizza.
