NANNES — Restaurant in Hilversum

first impression was not a good one. the dark and stormy wasn’t dark or stormy, the waitress didn’t know about rum, and forgot the name of the rum after asking the bar personal. someone brought a coloring and bitter they forgot to mix in the drink. and it still wasn’t right.was more a ginger ale. the cheese fingers were fine, the food was a bit overpriced and not that tasty. the waitress didn’t handle the tray correctly so poured drinks all over one of us and the whole jacket was wet . asked if they could let it dry ,they took it and didn’t really do anything to it, had to catch a uber home because couldn’t walk in the cold with a wet jacket. nobody came to check if everything was ok.seemed like a bunch of young inexperienced crew working there.they only took of the dark and stormy’s from the bill. shouldve just gone were we normally...

Voor de tweede keer Nannes bezocht. Eerste keer was prima, wel veel te snel gerechten op elkaar uitgeserveerd gekregen maar kwaliteit prima. Tweede keer helaas een dikke tegenvaller. In voorgerecht vond ik een haar, toen ik dit deelde met de bediening kreeg ik alleen een opmerking terug ‘ik zal het even aan de keuken laten weten’. Bij hoofdgerecht (spareribs) ontbrak de genoemde coleslaw. Nooit meer gezien. Bij hoofdgerecht salade was kwaliteit van de ingrediënten ver onder de maat en zeker voor deze prijs. Daarbij, walnoten in een salade nicoise?! Tot slot nog dessert besteld, veel te overpriced voor de slecht uitgevoerde dame blanche. Drankjes wel helemaal prima, goede kwaliteit wijnen, veel keus en goed geprijsd. Bediening over het algemeen vriendelijk, maar totaal niet pro-actief. Bij het afrekenen de vraag ‘was alles naar wens’, terwijl we tijdens diner al 2 keer aangaven dat dit niet zo was - sloeg echt de plank mis. 1 voorgerecht werd uiteindelijk van de rekening gehaald maar gezien de missers vond ik de avond nog steeds zonde van het geld en een domper op de avond.
