Snack Bar & Bakery Roos — Restaurant in Hilversum

The first time I visited I waited in the shop for about 15 minutes without being sure if I was even in the right place to order as I was completely ignored by staff. After such a long time I tried to get the attention of one of the staff to see if they had noticed me, but was told "even wachten" as soon as I had raised my hand. Not the most polite response, but at least it was clear they were aware of my presence, so I continued to wait... For another 15 minutes, after which I simply gave up and left.

However I was repeatedly told that is was the best insert snack bar menu staple in Hilversum and I had to give them another chance. And upon my second visit I was successful in obtaining a broodje donner, after an equally long wait. The sandwich was cold and shockingly sparce on flavour... What a wait...

Worst experience ever! I dont recommend anyone ! I had a disappointing experience at this doner place. The meat was dry and overcooked, lacking any flavor or seasoning. The vegetables in my sandwich were wilted, and the overall presentation was sloppy. Additionally, I visited this doner place and was met with an extremely unfriendly atmosphere. The staff appeared disinterested and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. They barely acknowledged my presence and seemed irritated when I asked questions about the menu. I used to go a lot to this restaurant a lot. Unfortunately, one of the employees in the restaurant deals with customers in a disgraceful and disrespectful way. At first, he refused to give us an extra plastic spoon for my kids. Even when one of my daughters went to him he replied with an angry face and said he took your father.

then, he comes to us while we are in the middle of eating and says with a frowning face, don't come again with any drink with you...!!!!.

I told him that it was inappropriate to treat customers in this way, or nobody would not come again. He replied it is better not to come again.

I don't know why he treated us in this racist way, but I regretted for all the times that my family and friends came to this restaurant.

I certainly would not go back to eat there, even if it was the last restaurant in the world.

Ik ging veel naar dit restaurant. Helaas gaat een van de medewerkers in het restaurant op een schandelijke en respectloze manier met klanten om. In eerste instantie weigerde hij ons een extra plastic lepel voor mijn kinderen te geven. Zelfs toen een van mijn dochters naar hem toe ging, antwoordde hij met een boos gezicht en zei dat hij je vader had meegenomen.

dan komt hij naar ons toe terwijl we aan het eten zijn en zegt met een fronsend gezicht, kom niet meer met een drankje mee...!!!!.

Ik vertelde hem dat het ongepast was om klanten op deze manier te behandelen, anders zou niemand meer terugkomen. Hij antwoordde dat het beter is om niet meer te komen.

Ik weet niet waarom hij ons op deze racistische manier behandelde, maar ik had spijt van alle keren dat mijn familie en vrienden naar dit restaurant kwamen.

Ik zou zeker niet teruggaan om daar te eten, ook al was het het laatste...
