Wok me — Restaurant in Leeuwarden

Terrible expirience. First of all, the paying machine in front wasn't working. We struggled for around 5 minutes trying to get it to work and nearly left (should've done that) but then turned back because we were hungry. When i walked in angrily finally a girl noticed and told us to just pay at the counter. Second of all, the food came all out of order. My partner ordered spicy chinise noodled and i ordered teryiakyi. Then they delivered only one dish the girl claimed was the spicy noodles (it was actually the teryiaki). We asked what about the 2nd dish, she said they got mixed up and she's going to do it now. We asked twice to make sure, is what she brought teryiaki or chinise noodles? She said the later. Then another dish came, that did not look like teryiaki. It was the same as before. Chinese noodles. The staff was not helpful at all. I believe the girl should have offered to remake the food or at least give out some for free, as at this point i waited for an hour for a meal that was not worth it. Finally, the food is not worth it. It is not flavourfull at all. It is a sorry excuse of a wok and if i had a time machine i would turn it back so that i never chose my dinning expirience in Leewarden to...

We orderer food and got it pretty quickly so that was fine. Prices are also good but quality of that food was awful. My girlfriend ordered some based on soy sauce pasta and it was pretty fine but when I took rice with Shanghai sweet and sour sauce with some veggies and it was awful. Rice was overcooked and really bad, there was almost no sauce and even if there was somewhere it was bad. I had to fix it with a lot of ingredients to make it at least eatible. Staff is friendly. but haccp standards are not applied accordingly. Example: they use gloves to fill the bowls. But they do not change them when they handle fish or gambas prawns. Seeing that the lady also fills the rice with the same gloves that is something to worry. I asked if she could change or use the pliers but denied because it works faster with out them fam. Raw fish rice and raw vegetables are ground for cross contamination or other bacterial food born hazards.
