As part of our holiday trips (and on the occasion of my birthday), my girlfriend invited me to dinner. As she follows a vegan lifestyle, she chose this restaurant and, boy, were we not disappointed! The staff is super professional. Despite the restaurant being fully booked, they remained poised and speedy in their service the whole evening. The manager even took some time for a short chat with us about veganism (my girlfriend had thanked them for the great vegan offer which started this chat), all in all they worked like a well-oiled machine - impressive! The food was simply delicious. I spare you the details, you do need to go there and test their high level of cooking yourself, but I must say that never in my life have I have had such a heavenly Tiramisu for dessert (and I have had many...). Although I do still eat meat on occasion, I can honestly say that if all vegan cooking were THIS delicious, I would have such an easy time gving up meat altogether. Really THE BEST vegan experience out here in Maastricht! As a non - vegan eater, the food was so good, made me forget that it is 100% plant based! Even kiddos and adults who are not big fans of vegetables, will fall in love with this!

Employees were so nice and accommodating, even to families with children! The menu is very diverse and prices are affordable, so there will always be something for any taste or budget :)

If you're ever in Maastricth, DO take time to come here and make a reservation!

The walk to the restaurant, along the river is very beautiful, so you can get here by foot or bike relatively quickly!

For those who drive, there is also some parking places available, so no need to worry about that!
