Terrible service. The lady on the phone is extremely rude and without a doubt unfair. They forgot my chicken and the sushi rice was dry beyond belief.

When i called and asked to get my chicken, the owner told me that it’s not her problem since they closed. Extremely rude and tried to fool me into ordering next time to get an extra maki.

Then she proceeds to try to convince me that the karage chicken should be 4 pieces only while it’s clearly written that it is 5. What a scam.

When I ask how i would be able to claim this, she said she “would just remember”. Never ordering here again, unfair and without a doubt does not appreciate the clients.

Anyone who calls what these people sell "sushi" should have their head examined. Doesn't even come close to the real thing. Ordered here one time, it was so horrible, after trying 3 maki/nigiri, i just tossed it all into the bin. An utter and total waste of money and a ruined evening. And reasonably expensive as well. The guys running this place need to learn how to make sushi, because what they are serving...

Very bad service, called to ask if the tuna could be replaced with something else. And the chinese lady on the phone was like next time dont order something you dont like. She wouldnt even let me finish. I was only calling if it was possible. Dont know if they will spit in my food.... too bad because I know this chain...
