Disappointing Experience and Unacceptable Customer Service at New York Pizza Medemblik

My recent order from New York Pizza Medemblik was incredibly disappointing, not just due to the food quality but, more significantly, because of the truly appalling customer service we received.

We ordered two pizzas: a Buffalo Chicken and a Parmesan Chicken. Upon receiving them, we immediately noticed that the chicken was entirely missing from both pizzas, and the vegetables were unfortunately burnt. This was a clear error on their part.

Naturally, we called the store to report the issue. Instead of offering an apology or a solution, the staff member we spoke with immediately became argumentative, insisting that the chicken was on the pizzas and accusing us of lying. We were shocked when they flat-out told us to "put a review" and offered no other resolution over the phone.

Determined to show them the error, we took the Parmesan Chicken pizza back to the store. Even with the physical evidence in front of them, they continued to deny the missing chicken and again dismissively told us to "put a review." It was only after persistent insistence on our part that they reluctantly agreed to make a new pizza.

While a replacement was eventually provided, the entire ordeal left a very sour taste. The initial denial, the accusations, and the sheer arrogance displayed by the staff were completely unacceptable. Due to this incredibly rude, arrogant, and dishonest interaction, we will absolutely not be ordering from New York Pizza Medemblik again in the future. There are plenty of other options that value their customers and take responsibility for...

Normally I don't give 1 stars, but waiting 1.5 hours for our meal is rather sad. Besides we waited we also got oily pizza, and the cheesy bread wasn't cheesy. Delivery guy was nice, and the lady on the phone too. We get it your business is busy, and you can't handle that many order. But why open the store if you have to little workers. Also, why accept that many orders if the weekend before has been a "drama" too? Lastly I want to add that the oreo pizza was extremely sad. Look at the provided picture, even I can take some dough, put crushed oreo on the middle and underneath some dressing. Only half the oreo pizza was covered in oreo, the other half was dough. Too little dressing. I hope you can either improve this New York Pizza or find a solution to this "sad experience" many...

They took my order in English. We ordered a mass delivery for 90€. Everything was hot, ingredients were good. The garlic bread was awesome. Very much filling you up. Sauce and cheese were yummy. Next holiday we're going to order...
