Came here for the second time last night, how should I descride it? Total disappointment!!! Ordered 5 dishes, two were not what they were supposed to be, one never came. First they served the wrong vegetable, then they just changed the Udon dish into other kind of noodles without informing us, when we asked the waitress she first said it was Udon, then she realized we were not to be fooled when we said Udon should be a thicker kind of noodle. She then she would ask her manager, afterwards she came back with the story that Udon was sold out, so the chef decided to use something else. Excuse me?! Shouldn't they at least inform us first? We were under the impression that they just hoped the diners would not know the difference between pakchoi and choisum, or Udon and normal noodles. So they can serve whatever they are willing to feed the guests. Portions were also appalingly small. The the Thai fish cake never even appeared on our table. The service was also pretty sad, they were not really apologetic, later when the manager came with the bill he didn't offer any apology either, while he knew very well what happened. The staff there just give you a feeling that they are all too good to be there serving you! So you just suck it up! They were not rude, but definitely not welcoming, and screwed up 3 dishes out of 5, just a bit too...
Read moreIt's my first time eat in MIA. It was totally satisfied with the experience: cozy atmosphere; friendly and calm staffs and finally delish dishes. We went with 2 persons, and we ordered 6 dishes because the portion is enough, not too big or too small. You must try the Thai fish cake (you can taste the lemongrass exploding in your mouth, very flavory. I prefer eat them without the sweet souce including the dish), the second must try dish is Thai sticky rice mango (it's a very pleasant way to finish your meal, sweet enough and you have a scoop of ice cream as well). The other dishes we had were Hoisin pork belly, Crispy karaage chicken (we combined the hoisin sauce with the karaage chicken, they matched perfectly🤩), Pad Thai (the noodles are not the same shape of the original dish, but it tastes good!), Grilled Shrimp Satay (very beautiful color and tasty as well), Mongolian lamb rack (it's good, just lamb is not my preferable type of meet). For dessert, we also had Pandan creme brulee (soooo yummy). I haven't tried the whole menu yet, but so far I'm completely satisfied with...
Read moreGood food, terrible service. We were greet nicely at the entrance, and been directed to our table. First, i had to ask for a menu after a long wait because no one brought it to us. Thats ok, can happen. The major issue afterwards was that our server kept bringing the orders but never collected the empty dishes, she even put our new order on top of a dirty dish.
I asked if she can take away the empty plates, she totally ignored us and walked away. There was literally no space at the table, her hands and tray were empty but she decided not take away the dishes for 2 times in a row.
I had to take the empty plates and bring to another server by myself! So if you want to eat and dont wanna clean your empty plates by your own, i would look for somewhere else.
The reason for 2 star is that the food was good and other servers were nice, so it might be a bad...
