Café de Rosser — Restaurant in Noordwijk

I’ve been in Noordwijk for work for two days and, after reading many reviews about local restaurants and pubs, I stopped in front of this charming place and decided to give it a try. Well, I ended up coming back the next evening too.

The menu isn’t extensive, but everything they serve is fresh, well-prepared, and truly delicious. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and made me feel at home from the very first moment.

Prices are reasonable, especially compared to other places in the area. The atmosphere is cozy and authentic, and the beer is excellent.

A special thank you for welcoming me without asking the usual “Do you have a reservation?” and for giving me the best table on my second night.

The food is simple, well priced and delicious, the bar staff are friendly and welcoming and the bar itself is relaxed, cosy, softly lit and plays bangers. We were all making jokes that it’s like heaven. I’d come every week for the steak if I lived here! I...

This place has a poor reputation locally, and I can see why.

Walked in on an afternoon for some coffee and a bit of food. Got the cup of coffee quick enough, after that, no service. Nobody came back until I was about finished with the coffee, so I paid and left. Nobody there was friendly.
