Lunchroom El Banna — Restaurant in Noordwijk

Despite a short visit, I have a very negative impression of this place. My wife and I came across this restaurant as we were exploring the Noordwijk shopping area this place is situated in. We walked in, looked around a bit for a menu, didn't see anything we liked, and left. Just after we walked out the door, the owner (the guy with the glasses in the photo) flagged us down and started berating us in public about how we left so quickly without asking them about their food. I explained to him that we could not find a menu and we changed our minds. The owner ignored this and continued to lecture us about how we were being rude and pressed us about where we were from. We grew tired of his degrading line of questioning and decided to ignore him and walk away. Nevertheless, the experience left us in quite a sour mood for the rest of the day. We were at "Lunchroom El Banna" today as a group of 4 adults and one child. The owner offered to make us lamb chops as a special, which was not listed in the menu. The food was good, but when the bill came, we were more than surprised: 30 Euros for each portion of lamb chops (not including any sides!!), which were the most expensive lamb chops we've probably ever eaten in our lives!! For this price, we could have easily eaten at any proper restaurant on the Beach Promenade... The real issue is that this most likely wasn't the actual price for this meal, as the most expensive meal item on the menu costs 16,50 Euro including fries and salad (and bear in mind, this is more of a snack bar than a restaurant).
